5. Official residence means any house rent by entities entitled to live in official residences as prescribed on this Law over the duration through which they're on responsibility. 8. Housing building undertaking means all planned items of work which can be designed to use capital to construct new housing, or technical and/or social infrastructural works for residential use, or to renovate or repair housing in a certain location. 3. Apartment constructing means any multi-storey constructing which has multiple apartments, public stairs, hall methods, non-public areas, widespread areas and customary infrastructural works for organizations, households or individuals, including house buildings for residential use and blended-use buildings for both enterprise and residential purposes. 11. Using the apartments not for residential purposes; utilizing the area for enterprise functions within the condominium constructing beneath permitted venture for trading flammable materials, explosives, providing services causing environmental pollution, noise or damaging effects on the lives of households and people within the apartment constructing as prescribed in regulations of the federal government. In case of vital necessity for nationwide protection and safety purposes; socio-economic development for nationwide or public benefits, or state of battle, state of emergency, or disaster response, the State shall determine the acquisition, commandeering, or demolition of housing beneath lawful ownership of the organizations, households, or people, then the State should pay compensation and perform insurance policies on relocation to homeowners as prescribed.
17. Lease buy settlement means an settlement, whereby the lessee pays an option payment of 20% of a home, unless the lessee is able to pay an option charge greater than 20% but not exceeding 50% of the home; the remaining fee shall be thought of because the monthly rent over a sure duration; the lessee shall purchase the ownership of such home if he/she pays off the full quantity when the lease buy agreement expires. 2. 10. 12.
