The road To Fitness

For virtually all of us, choosing to be healthy is more a test of will than a single decision. Being «fit» covers a change in our lifestyle much more than merely embarking upon a new exercise or diet program. I think, the choice came about 15 years back. I was aproximatelly 24 years old when friends of mine convinced me to begin going to the gym as a group. At that time, I knew I didn't really love the way I looked, for this reason I thought it will be a good idea. How tough could it be? Well, it didn't take very long before I knew the answer to that question. And to tell you the reality, at that time my workouts were not that difficult. But getting up at 5am being at the gym by 5:30, certainly was, Also, since there was four of us and simply one actually knew what he was engaging in, the workouts were Lengthy. So, after trying this approach for about 3 weeks I still was not motivated nor did I look ahead to working out and was intending to quit.
